CA. Sijo K. S. is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) with over 8 years of professional experience in audits, taxation, finance, and compliance. As the proprietor of Sijo & Associates, he leads the firm with operations in Kerala and Karnataka.
With extensive experience in statutory audits, internal audits, direct and indirect taxation, corporate compliance, and financial advisory, CA. Sijo K. S. has served diverse clients across manufacturing, retail, service, and trust sectors. His expertise includes GST, MCA compliance, STPI compliances, transfer pricing audits, and FDI regulations.
Before establishing Sijo & Associates, he gained valuable industry experience from JSW Steel Ltd., and completed his articleship at Bangalore, where he handled audits of companies with turnovers exceeding Rs. 500 crores.

At Vedanta Ltd., Tuticorin, she gained extensive experience in GST implementation, customs compliance, and tax litigation, ensuring regulatory adherence. As part of the team, she contributed to the redemption of over 200 Advance Licenses worth Rs. 6,100 crores, leading to duty savings of Rs. 1,800 crores. Her expertise in excise duty, GST returns, export-import taxation, and legal representation helped streamline compliance and secure favorable outcomes.
Beyond taxation, she is proficient in SAP, financial strategy, and compliance management, ensuring businesses navigate complex tax structures, mitigate risks, and optimize financial efficiency.
